Megan is a current undergraduate research assistant at the University of Washington. She has been working with Pengyao Jiang since May 2022. Megan mainly works on aging-related mutation spectrum and followed up with an unexpected discovery with URA6 mutants. She also helped with pooling mutants, PCR for regular and long-read sequencing, and illumina sequencing library preparations for mutation spectrum on the French dairy project.
